Full Time Production QA Clerk Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in Aquatex Industries Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation & Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain daily job sheets, production reports, and work orders to ensure 100% data accuracy.
• Data Analysis: Compile and enter metrics for production output, downtime, and scrap into the company system; generate periodic summaries for departmental review.
• Inventory & Material Tracking: Verify raw material requisitions and monitor Work-In-Progress (WIP) levels; coordinate with Warehouse and Procurement to ensure material availability.
• Operational Support: Assist in scheduling production jobs based on delivery priorities and maintain equipment maintenance and calibration logs.
• Quality & Compliance: Collect testing data and support the maintenance of ISO procedures and document control; assist in preparing data for internal and external audits.
• Inter-departmental Liaison: Act as a bridge between supervisors and team leaders to gather real-time production information.

Requirements:

• SPM / Certificate
• Minimum 1–2 years of QA experience, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of production processes and inventory control is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with ERP or inventory software is a plus.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality where required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
