Job Description

  • Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Monitor and update site operational activities.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and site workers regarding daily operations.
  • Supervise attendance, manpower, and operational data.
  • Ensure all reports and documentation are submitted on time.
  • Assist in client requests and operational follow-up.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation records.
  • Support facility management operations including cleaning, landscape, and site maintenance activities.
  • Attend site meetings and assist management when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facility Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years working experience in operations role.
  • Good in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in facility management or site operations is an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel/site visit when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
