Job description

1. Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear and optical products.
• Provide product information and after-sales support.

2. Sales

• Meet daily/monthly sales targets.
• Promotes lenses, frames, and packages effectively.

3. Cashiering

• Handle payments via cash, card, or e-wallet.
• Issue receipts and ensure transaction accuracy.

4. Product Handling

• Arrange displays and restock items as needed.
• Participate in inventory checks and stock take.

5. Support Eye Check Process

• Assist with appointment scheduling and customer flow.
• Coordinate with the optometrist for smooth service.

6. Outlet Cleanliness

• Maintain tidiness of sales floor and product displays.

7. Other Duties

• Attend training, meetings, and perform tasks as assigned by the manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
