Full Time Technical Trainer – Assembly Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Greatech Mechatronics (M) Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical training for new Technicians and Operators on machine assembly and installation processes.
• Provide hands-on coaching on mechanical structure assembly, machine installation, alignment, fitting, and assembly standards.
• Coordinate and manage refresher training programs for all Assembly Department staff.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, work instructions, training presentations, and skill assessments.
• Ensure all assembly employees are trained according to latest engineering changes, assembly standards, and quality requirements.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to identify training needs and competency gaps.
• Support skills matrix development and employee competency assessment.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvement actions to enhance assembly quality and productivity.
• Promote safety awareness, 5S practices, and “Do It Right The First Time” culture during training sessions.
• Assist in troubleshooting assembly issues and provide technical guidance when required.
• Maintain proper training records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years working experience in machine assembly, structure installation, or automation equipment build environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge in machine structure assembly, installation, mechanical fitting, and assembly processes.
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring Technicians and Operators is preferred.
• Able to read engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and BOM structure.
• Familiar with hand tools, pneumatic components, and assembly equipment.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and training documentation preparation.
• Experience in automation machinery industry is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
