Mass Communication Intern
Location: Arrowood International, Bayan Lepas
Allowance: RM 800 to RM 1,000 / month

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Mass Communication Intern to join our team! If you love content creation, social media, and storytelling, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation – Assist in producing engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, and press releases.
• Research – Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to shape communication strategies.
• Writing – Draft and edit blog posts, social media content, and communication materials.
• Media Monitoring – Track media coverage and compile reports on news and mentions.
• Social Media Management – Manage accounts (content scheduling, engagement, and tracking performance).
• Event Support – Assist in planning/executing events, media relations, logistics, and promotions.
• Collaboration – Work with marketing, PR, design, and sales teams on integrated campaigns.
• Analytics – Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate campaigns.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Mass Communication, PR, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
