Operations Executive (Import & Export)
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to handle our import and export operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient international trade processes, maintaining documentation accuracy, and supporting the smooth delivery of rubber belts and spare parts to customers across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily import and export operations, including shipment coordination, booking, and document preparation.
- Prepare and verify all trade documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and internal company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to monitor shipment schedules and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure timely submission of all trade-related documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to align shipment timelines with business requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably within the automotive, industrial, or agricultural spare parts industry.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and customs clearance processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
