Role Summary

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI
• Drive measurable growth across paid and organic channels

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads if relevant)
• Plan and execute marketing strategies
• Monitor campaign performance (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) and continuously optimize
• Conduct keyword research and manage SEO initiatives
• Analyze data and generate actionable insights and reports
• Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives
• Work closely with design/copy teams to develop high converting creatives
• Optimize landing pages for conversion
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend efficiently
• Identify new growth channels and opportunities

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong hands on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (non negotiable)
• Data driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Experience in lead generation campaigns (B2B preferred)
• Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices
• Experience with landing page optimization and funnels
• Ability to manage budgets and hit performance targets

Preferred / Bonus

• Experience in B2B marketing
• Experience with CRM tools
• Knowledge of automation tools and remarketing strategies
• Basic copywriting or ad creative strategy skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
