Responsibilities
The Part-Time Administrative Assistant will support the project team by handling construction documentation, filing, and QAQC paperwork. The role focuses on maintaining proper records, preparing documents, and ensuring project documents are organized and submitted on time. 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and organize construction documents and project files.
2. Assist in preparing QAQC documents and forms (inspection forms, checklist, material submission, etc.).
3. Maintain proper filing for project documents (hardcopy and softcopy).
4. Assist with site documentation, including reports, forms, and records.
5. Support preparation of RFI, inspection requests, and document submissions.
6. Update project document tracking and record registers.
7. Coordinate with site engineers or supervisors for document submission.
8. Ensure documents are properly formatted, signed, and filed.
9. Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, and document control.
Requirements
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,970.00 per month
