Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail outlets regularly to check stock levels and product displays.
- Ensure products are merchandised according to company planograms and promotional guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels on shelves and in the backroom.
- Report and resolve out-of-stock (OOS) situations promptly to avoid sales loss.
- Set up promotional displays and POS materials as per company instructions.
- Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor activity information.
- Ensure price labels and POP materials are up-to-date and correctly displayed.
- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to facilitate timely product deliveries.
- Provide feedback and updates to the sales and marketing teams regularly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SPM/High School diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus.
- Prior experience as a merchandiser or in retail/FMCG industry is preferred.
