- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan and credit card repayments
- Assist customers with payment arrangements and suitable solutions
- Professionally follow up on overdue accounts
- Update customer information and prepare related documentation

Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Malaysian citizen
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Customer Service or Sales is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
