Role Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for managing advertising campaigns and optimizing digital marketing performance across multiple platforms. This role focuses on driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and measurable ROI through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
- Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient allocation across campaigns
- Develop targeting strategies, audience segmentation, and retargeting campaigns
Lead Generation
- Design and manage campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads
- Optimize landing pages and ad creatives for conversion performance
- Work with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, CAC, and ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and messaging
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze marketing data and produce regular performance reports
- Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements
- Track funnel performance from ad engagement to conversion
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and ad dashboards
- Experience with lead generation campaigns is highly preferred

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
