We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, coupled with high curiosity and resourcefulness to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries effectively. If you have a passion for IT products and enjoy engaging with customers to provide solutions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to technical inquiries from end-users, providing accurate information and guidance.
• Manage warranty cases efficiently to resolve customer issues with minimal inconvenience.
• Effectively utilize the ticketing system to prioritize and address critical issues based on urgency.
• Engage proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide technical assistance as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
