Responsibilities
SP Juara is a fast-growing company serving hospitals and institutional clients nationwide. We are looking for a committed, proactive, and capable individual to join our team and grow together with us.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle daily administrative and operational tasks
* Lead logistics coordination and delivery route planning
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth daily operations
* Prepare invoice delivery order, filing, documentation, and data entry
* Liaise with clients, and internal departments professionally
* Support management in operational coordination and execution
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 3 years working experience in administration and operations
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and AI tools
* Fast learner with ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Tamil speaking is an added advantage
