Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Sales & Promotion
- Promote and sell PETRONAS products (e.g. lubricants, engine oil, merchandise)
- Identify new customers (workshops, dealers, corporate clients)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
2. Dealer / Workshop Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, distributors, and dealers
- Ensure proper product display and branding at outlets
- Provide product knowledge and support to dealers
3. Market Development
- Explore new business opportunities and expand market coverage
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis
- Propose strategies to increase sales and brand visibility
4. Marketing & Activation
- Execute promotions, campaigns, and roadshows
- Support branding activities and ensure PETRONAS standards are followed
- Assist in merchandising and POSM placement
5. Sales Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
- Track sales performance and customer feedback
- Update pipeline and customer database
6. Collection & Documentation
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection (if required)
- Handle basic documentation (orders, invoices, delivery coordination)
7. Customer Service & Support
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention
8. Ad Hoc Tasks
- Any assignments given by superior or management
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
