Internship- Trainee in Operation Department Jobs, Salary up to MYR 500 in LTS Logistics Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Objectives

• Quick Response to all customers enquiries and upkeep data entry
• On time data entry with accurate information into SOVY system
• Keep track on POD return from driver and update subordinates if foreseen any delay
• Back up support on Operation Trucking Arrangements

Key Function

• Daily check and ensure all the related documents(Daily Job Sheet, DO/DN, POD, Custom Form) are completely return completely return by driver to office for billing purposes
• Key in daily diesel transaction records into SOVY System/ Compile the slip and attach together with voucher
• Photostat D/O, DN and related documents
• Collect Logbook recording report from operation team and update into SOVY system within the same working day
• Compile and arrange all documents to send to Billing section
• Backup for your Counterpart when needed
• Supports New Operational Assignment when needed
• Monitor his subordinate to ensure all the POD return on time as well back if required
• Daily update all JOB data transaction into Customer’s PORTAL (IAS & FLAME/EZYHAUL) System.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM500.00 per month
