Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Admin to oversee and optimize daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring smooth execution of operational processes. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, problem-solve, and enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination: Manage inventory, logistics, and delivery processes to ensure timely execution.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and third-party partners to maintain smooth operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Quality Control: Ensure adherence to operational standards and compliance with industry regulations.
- Data & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track operational performance.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, customer support, and finance to streamline operations.
- Customer Service Support: Assist in resolving customer issues related to operational matters.
Requirements
- Previous operations, logistics, or supply chain management experience (preferably in e-commerce or automotive industry).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
