1. Order & Operations Management
- Process daily orders from TikTok Shop.
- Ensure orders are packed, shipped, and delivered on time.
- Coordinate with couriers regarding stock and shipment status.
- Monitor tracking updates and resolve delivery issues.
2. Customer Service
- Respond to customer messages via TikTok Shop.
- Handle complaints, returns, refunds, and product inquiries.
- Maintain customer satisfaction according to SOP.
3. TikTok Shop Backend Management
- Upload and update product listings (photos, descriptions, prices).
- Monitor stock and product availability.
- Manage promotions, vouchers, and TikTok Shop campaigns.
- Arrange schedules and requirements for live selling sessions.
4. Administrative & Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly reports (sales, stock, performance).
- Manage administrative documents such as returns.
- Ensure all data is organized and up to date.
5. Live Selling / Livestream Assistance
- Prepare products for live selling (stock, pricing, promotions, bundles).
- Add products to the cart during live (pin products).
- Monitor incoming orders during the live session and ensure stock accuracy.
- Assist the host/creator during live (product preparation, promo notes, scripts).
- Manage special live vouchers and update prices during live sessions.
- Reply to basic comments during live (if needed).
- Review orders after live sessions to ensure there are no errors or missing items.
