Full Time Finance Executive (AP) Contract 6 Months Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Olam Food Ingredients (ofi) Johor - Maukerja

Job Description

• Ensure timely invoice payments to prevent operational disruptions.
• Match delivered goods against POs within 5 days of shipment or invoice receipt.
• Process contract service invoices and payments and check requests promptly.
• Facilitate urgent petty cash disbursements to avoid operational downtime.
• Expedite payments for urgent operational parts procurement.
• Manage cash flow to maintain a positive balance.
• Prepare cash flow and forecast funds requirement for payments.
• Liaison with Bank for hedging of funds and currency conversion within the contract period.
• Ensure timely processing the employee claims and its payment.
• Cultivate strong supplier relationships to ensure timely payment processing.
• Provide payment details and accounts payable reports to Operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely AP data entry in SAP.
• Collaborate closely with superiors to meet deadlines by timely closure of provisions, Bank reco and other reporting impacting the B/S and PNL.
• Promote core values (drive to excellence, problem-solving, constructive challenge) using the 4W and 1H methodology.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Adhere to safety, 5S, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Qualification

• Degree in Accounting or a professional Accounting qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of Accounts payable experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills especially in written and spoken English.
• Possess initiative, drive, resilience, resourcefulness and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Computer skills in Microsoft excels and SAP software.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
