• Site Location : Site Project Pasir Gudang, Johor
• Possess a valid Safety Site Supervisor Certificate SSS Yellow Book from DOSH
• Valid CIDB Green Card
• Compliance & Safety Monitoring
• Enforce compliance with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, CIDB safety guidelines, and company HSE policies.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of the construction site and rectify unsafe conditions.
• Ensure all workers use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain and update the Yellow Book (Safety Supervisor Logbook) daily.
• Prepare safety inspection reports, hazard identification, and risk assessment documentation.
• Report any accidents, near misses, and unsafe practices to the Project Manager and DOSH if required.
• Training & Toolbox Talks
• Conduct daily/weekly toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers.
• Assist in organizing safety induction training for new workers at the site.
• Incident Investigation
• Assist in investigating incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordination & Communication
• Coordinate with Safety & Health Officer (if applicable) and subcontractors to ensure safety measures are implemented.
• Attend site safety meetings and liaise with client representatives on safety matters.
• Emergency Preparedness
• Ensure emergency procedures and equipment (fire extinguisher, first aid) are in place and functional.
• Participate in emergency drills and update emergency response plans as required

Requirements

• Possess valid Yellow Book registration issued by DOSH (JKKP)
• Completed recognized Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) course approved by DOSH.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas field / construction site safety supervision.
• Good knowledge of construction safety practices, OSHA, and CIDB requirements.
• Able to prepare and maintain safety documentation and reports.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 60 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
