Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Payroll Officer to manage and process the company’s payroll accurately and on time. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of payroll experience and be familiar with payroll software such as IFlexi or Worksy.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within the stipulated timeline.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, commissions, claims, and statutory deductions.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Prepare payroll reports and related documentation for management.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records in the system.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding salary and payroll matters.
• Liaise with banks and government agencies for salary payments and statutory contributions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on payroll experience.
• Mandatory experience using IFlexi or Worksy payroll system.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory regulations.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet strict deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)

• Experience handling payroll for 100+ employees.
• Experience in multi-branch or multi-entity payroll processing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
