Job Description
Responsibilities
1. You shall be directly responsible to the Lab Manager on all aspects of your work and assigned responsibilities.
2. Your duties shall include typing, preparing, compiling, and printing reports, quotations, invoices, letters, and other related documents accurately and in a timely manner.
3. To prepare and issue outgoing invoices and maintain proper documentation and filing records for administrative purposes.
4. To answer and attend to incoming telephone calls, emails, facsimiles, and customer enquiries professionally, and channel the information to the respective person promptly.
5. To maintain and update administrative records, filing systems, and data entry to ensure proper documentation and easy retrieval.
6. To coordinate with internal departments regarding reports, documentation, and other administrative matters.
7. To assist in document submission, scanning, photocopying, binding, and courier arrangements when required.
8. To ensure confidentiality, proper housekeeping, and smooth administrative operations within the department.
9. Any other duties and responsibilities not specified herein may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma in Administration or other related fields.
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
