Responsibilities:
1. Greet clients & visitors with a positive, friendly & helpful attitude.
2. Provide accurate information and assistance in a professional manner to customers
3. Handle incoming phone calls/emails/letters. Answering phone in a professional manner.
4. Support in administrative, reports, and data entry.
5. Manage, monitor & ensure cleanliness and tidyness of reception area, entrance area & whole office area are clean, tidy & projects a business-like image.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with computer systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 12:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
