KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software and ensure the integrity of information.
  • Assist with Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Invoice Management: Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather necessary information, clarify details, and provide basic support on accounting matters.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform general office duties, including filing, and document management.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest accounting practices, software, and regulations through ongoing professional development.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Diploma / LCCI / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experiences will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of accounting software & MS Office (especially Excel) will be an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized.
  • Responsible with good attitude & interpersonal skills.
