Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly organized Admin Executive to control our spending and ensure our operations run legally and smoothly. You will be the "Gatekeeper" regarding company purchases and government documentation.
You must be good at negotiating prices with suppliers and have the patience to handle licensing renewals with government bodies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Purchasing & Procurement
Sourcing: Find and evaluate suppliers for office supplies, PPE, and warehouse consumables.
Price Negotiation: Always obtain 3 quotations for major purchases to ensure the company gets the best market price.
Order Processing: Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and follow up on delivery timelines to ensure no operations delay.
Verification: Check incoming Delivery Orders (DO) against Invoices to ensure we are not overcharged before passing them to the Accounts Department.
2. Regulatory Compliance (Licensing)
Govt Liaison: Manage renewals of company licenses with local authorities (e.g., MBJB business license, Signboard license, Bomba certificates).
Fleet Management: Track and renew Road Tax, Insurance, and Puspakom inspections for all company lorries and vehicles.
Certifications: Assist in CIDB Green Card applications for staff and workers.
Safety Admin: Maintain files for DOSH (JKKP) inspections and ensure safety equipment certifications are valid.
3. General Administration
Maintain an organized filing system for all contracts, agreements, and licenses.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
