Kerja Sepenuh Masa QUANTITY SURVEYOR- QS, Gaji tinggi MYR 7,000 di CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (M) SDN. BHD. Johor - Maukerja

Duties and Responsibilities: -

• Prepare schedules of subcontract works to be called together with a list of tenders to be invited;
• Obtain quotations from tenderers and suppliers, and prepare recommendations and award of subcontracts in accordance with the schedule of subcontracts;
• Liaise with the Project Engineer on deductions from subcontractors for material, plant, work purchased, hired or carried out on behalf of subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit progress and contractual claims to the Client and ensure timely certification and settlement of contractual claims;
• Administer subcontractor claims and verify subcontractor payments;
• Prepare and finalise the accounts with the Client and all subcontractors and suppliers;

Requirements: -

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to work six working days (8.00am - 5.00pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
