Full Time SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1 in ANTARA KOH (M) SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Enforce site-specific safety rules and procedures.
• Report and investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
• Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for site workers.
• Monitor the use and condition of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain and update site safety documentation (e.g., risk assessments, method statements, safety plans).
• Coordinate with site management and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Stop unsafe work practices and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with external safety auditors, inspectors, or authorities when necessary.
• Support emergency response and evacuation procedures.
• Promote a positive safety culture on site.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent).
• 2 years of experience in a safety role on construction or industrial sites.
• Thorough knowledge of health and safety legislation and practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Leadership qualities and ability to work independently under pressure.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 13 months
