Full Time BOILERMAN Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Dan Kaffe (Malaysia) Johor - Maukerja

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to operate steam system in accordance to DOSH regulation.
• Responsible to operate & maintain steam and spent ground equipment to ensure minimum down time.
• To maintain and service premise equipment and machinery according to preventive maintenance schedule.
• Ensure availability of spare-parts, tools, chemicals for its' operation.
• Perform quality assurance inspection on all completed jobs, ensures conformance with Malaysian Standards, Mechanical Codes, OSHA, Lock-out-Tag-Out, Confined Spaces protocols, Material Safety Data Sheets, Engineering specifications, and other local, state and federal regulations.
• Responsible to investigate and troubleshoot system and equipment failure.
• Provide weekly and monthly report to Utility Supervisor.
• Enforcement of using personal protective equipment.
• Support in safety audit implementation.
• Responsible to transfer chemical for D.I water system.
• Assist Utility Technician and monitor WWTP operation including chemical closing.
• Conduct other duties assigned by Supervisor.

QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENT :

• 1st and 2nd Grade Boilerman Certificate (DOSH) or equivalent.
• 5 years of related experience.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
