Full Time PURCHASING ADMIN Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in Chiat Hin Envelope Manufacturer Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

JOB DESCRIPTION : -

• Allocate, follow up, check, and confirm on artwork submissions for labels and cartons.
• Handle filing and data entry for all purchasing-related documentation and record..
• Monitor ,track and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to verify physical stock levels and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
• Prepare monthly purchasing reports as requested by the superior.
• Perform data entry for new product codes and update existing product information.
• Assist in general administrative duties related to the purchasing department.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; additional qualifications will be an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in purchasing department.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
