Position: Intern Project Admin

Available to start in June

Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling site meetings and preparing simple meeting notes or minutes
• Handle basic correspondence such as emails and phone calls related to project and site matters
• Update and maintain project records, staff attendance, filing systems, and simple databases
• Support the coordination of project activities, site documentation, and administrative tasks
• Assist in preparing, proofreading, and distributing project-related documents, reports, and presentations
• Help track project expenses, purchase requests, and ensure records are properly updated
• Compile simple data and assist in preparing basic project progress reports
• Conduct basic research related to suppliers, materials, or project requirements
• Maintain organized filing and documentation for project and construction records
• Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager and site team

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of administrative tasks and construction/project environment is an advantage
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to use Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Responsible, punctual, and able to manage simple tasks independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Batu Caves: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
