• Perform routine and scheduled calibration of measuring equipment and tools.
• Maintain calibration records and ensure all measuring equipment and tools is calibrated within specified intervals.
• Identify and segregate out-of-tolerance measuring equipment and tools and coordinate for repair or replacement.
• Maintain the calibration database/system and calibration certificates.
• Ensure calibration activities meet ISO 9001 and/or ISO/IEC 17025 requirements (as applicable).
• Coordinate with external calibration service providers when needed.
• Support internal and external audits related to equipment calibration.
• Assist in updating and maintaining calibration-related documentation (e.g., procedures, work instructions, calibration certificates).
• Support the Document Controller in filing, retrieving, and distributing controlled documents.
• Help monitor document revision control and ensure obsolete documents are properly removed and archived.
• Responsible to co-operate and comply with any procedures, instructions, control measures on EHS instituted by the organization.
• Responsible for taking reasonable care to follow Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices —for themselves, their colleagues, and the surrounding environment.
• Understand and adopt the correct practices for handling chemicals, in accordance with the Chemical Management Procedure.
• Aware of the relevant facilities associated with emergency preparedness and response, and understand their roles in ensuring readiness.
• Responsible to assist EHS personnel on conducting regular monitoring and measuring of EHS performance, such as noise risk assessment, chemical health risk assessment (CHRA), ergonomic risk assessment, etc.
• Any ad-hoc task as per assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
