Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Management Executive job encompasses from strategic planning to data analysis, procurement and supply chain operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage order processing; acknowledge LPO, process SO, PO, DO and invoices.
  • Verify orders against tender award terms (pricing, quantity, delivery points, contract validity).
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery to hospitals, PKD, KK, and other facilities.
  • Monitor contract quantities and balance to ensure full utilization within contract period.
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement SOP, documentation, and audit requirements.
  • Submit GRN and e-Invoice through government procurement platforms.
  • Track delivery lead time and ensure adherence to contractual KPIs.
  • Liaise with finance team on payment follow-up and reconciliation.
  • To manage product/service complaints.
  • To maintain proper records and file of documents.
  • Resolve order discrepancies, short deliveries, and documentation issues promptly.
  • To monitor and generate reports on delivery, stock, payment, etc.
  • Accountable for identifying priority assignments in accordance with the Company’s Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
  • To comply with GDP and GDPMD under Act ************* in the Supply Chain Management process.
  • To comply with GDP and GDPMD in the Supply Chain Management process.
  • Act as the authorized personnel to manage trading activities on behalf of GoodScience Sdn. Bhd. via Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • To undertake any other duties as directed by the Immediate Supervisor and Management as and when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

  • Rawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
