Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks (invoicing, receipts, simple bookkeeping)
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Liase between suppliers and team
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries
  • Prepare reports and support daily office operations
  • Provide assistance to the team when required

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferred
  • Experience using accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks, etc.) is an advantage
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in admin or accounting roles is a plus

Benefits:

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
