Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Engage customers warmly, address inquiries, and provide detailed product information.
• Efficient Sales Operations: Process transactions accurately through our point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Stock Management: Assist with inventory management, including stock counting and managing incoming shipments.
• Product Knowledge and Sales Support: Develop comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers effectively in their purchase decisions.
• Administrative Support: Assist in completing sales reports and other store reports.
