Full Time Project Site Supervisor HVAC-Building Maintenance (Civil)- Penang Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Platinums M&E Engineering Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

JOB DESCRIPTION
* Supervise day-to-day site operations to ensure work is carried out according to approved construction drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

* Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and site activities to ensure smooth project progress.

* Ensure all site works comply with company safety policies, local authority requirements, and construction safety regulations.

* Monitor work quality and ensure proper workmanship at all times.

* Conduct regular site inspections and identify, report, and resolve site issues promptly.

* Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, clients, and relevant stakeholders regarding project progress, technical matters, and site issues.

* Prepare and maintain proper site documentation including daily reports, progress updates, material records, and inspection reports.

* Raise material requisitions and coordinate material ordering with suppliers.

* Ensure all delivered materials comply with Delivery Order (DO) and Purchase Order (PO) specifications.

* Plan and monitor material allocation and storage to minimize wastage and avoid double handling.

* Monitor material usage, tools, and equipment to ensure proper control and efficiency.

* Check, monitor, and follow up on defect rectification works at site.

* Work closely with the Customer Care Department regarding defect management and rectification progress.

* Provide regular updates on defect status and site progress to management and relevant departments.

* Assist in manpower planning, work scheduling, and resource coordination.

* Ensure site housekeeping and cleanliness are maintained properly.

* Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior or management.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Diploma and/or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or related field.

* Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in construction or site supervision.

* Proven experience in supervising construction site activities and subcontractors.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Good knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

* Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.

* Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.

* Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites when required.

* 6 Working Days

* Monday to Saturday

* 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
