Marketing Executive

• Salary: RM3,000 – RM5,000

• Location: Taman Sentosa, Johor Bahru
• Work Model: Hybrid (10am – 6pm)

This role blends creativity with execution — from assisting in campaign planning to coordinating deliverables and tracking results. Who We’re Looking For | Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field is a plus, not mandatory
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or campaigns is a plus
• Familiar with marketing platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Able to translate ideas into briefs and manage content production
• Data-driven mindset with interest in tracking and improving strategies
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Eager to learn, experiment, and take initiative.

What You’ll Be Doing | Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing marketing strategies and content calendars
• Execute marketing campaigns (social media, email, ads, etc.)
• Optimize content for SEO and manage PPC campaigns (with guidance)
• Help create and manage content across platforms
• Track performance metrics and report outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align on messaging
• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviours
• Organize marketing assets, decks, and reports
