Job Summary

Join our team as a Production Executive and play a key role in driving operational excellence, productivity, and continuous improvement within our cocoa manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for overseeing production performance, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and supporting the achievement of departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and prepare monthly production output and production yield reports to achieve departmental objectives.

• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure timely product delivery and targeted production output.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for production facilities and processing lines.

• Monitor and control production costs by analysing operational data to minimize wastage and downtime.

• Direct and coordinate production activities to maximize output while maintaining defined quality standards.

• Support the setup and commissioning of new cocoa processing lines.

• Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Conduct training and provide guidance to subordinates to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

• Manage and administer daily production plant operations.

• Participate in internal and external audits, including product traceability exercises.

• Ensure compliance with HALAL, GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 requirements.

• Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Chemical Engineering or any related engineering field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in a related manufacturing or production environment.

• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems.

• Experience in food manufacturing and food processing industries will be an added advantage.

• Familiar with production systems, procedures, and process improvement initiatives.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
