Full Time Production Executive Jobs, in Hotayi Electronic Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve production systems, procedures, and workflow.
• Monitor daily production activities and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure operators follow SOPs, work procedures, and quality standards correctly.
• Coordinate manpower and material preparation before model/version changes.
• Lead production personnel in practicing proper 6S on the production floor.
• Support daily operations including attendance, overtime, and manpower arrangement.
• Prepare production reports and support continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1- 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in SMT manufacturing environment or IPC 7711/7721 certification will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in Batu Kawan.
