Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conducting credit checks on new customers and recommend the appropriate credit limit and terms granted to Manager / Director for approval
  • New customer creation and update credit terms & credit limit of customer in system
  • Block order when exceed credit limit or terms; check customer’s credit limit, credit terms & payment pattern from system before forward the Delivery Approval form (request by sales personnel) to Manager/ Director for approval
  • Unblock sales order in system for further processing and delivery arrangement after approval from Manager/ Director
  • Issue customers’ Debit note / Credit note base on request form provided by requester
  • Manage the timely and effective collection of all debts and payments within communicated payment terms.
  • Post and allocate daily receipts to system.
  • Manage Customer ledgers ensuring timely reconciliation on key Accounts
  • Involve in stock take and Capex audit twice a year

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • A minimum of two years on Credit Control Supervision and account receivable process experience
  • Communication skills especially during difficult customer negotiations
  • Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
