Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS).
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Perform gap analysis and impact analysis.
- Coordinate with QA for UAT planning and validation.
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings (Agile/Scrum).
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Monitor team performance and drive accountability.
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts (APIs, databases, system integrations preferred).
