Greetings! We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support our operations in Johor Bahru. This position is based in Kempas.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in order processing, inventory management or a related role is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock and records.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and basic inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily incoming and outgoing orders efficiently.

• Ensure inventory accuracy and update stock records.

• Maintain daily Proof of Delivery (POD) updates.

• Communicate with customers and internal teams promptly.

• Prepare and submit reports as required.

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)

• Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
