Responsibilities
Detailed description:
Conduct routine baking tests on flour samples (milling, batching, packing, lab mill) to ensure product quality meets standards.
Carry out competitor analysis, flour streaming studies, product evaluation, and complaint testing as assigned.
Record test results accurately, submit reports on time, and maintain proper filing of documents.
Report quality issues or equipment defects promptly to superiors.
Support product demonstrations, technical training, and sales activities when required.
Maintain cleanliness of facilities, follow 5S practices, and ensure equipment is in good condition.
Adhere to safety, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and HALAL requirements at all times.
Safeguard confidentiality of company formulations and technical information.
Continuously improve baking and testing skills through practice and training.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma or Certificate in Food Technology or any Science related (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
Experience in baking industry is an added advantage.
