We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data centre projects across the region. The role will involve managing project timelines, resources, quality, and stakeholder coordination throughout the full project lifecycle. Project exposure includes both Hyperscale Data Centers and Enterprise Data Centres.

Work Location: Johor Bahru, Malaysia/ Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia—MYR 5,000-8,000

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30a.m- 5:45p.m (2 hours lunch break)

JOB SCOPE

Project Planning Phase:

• Develop project delivery plans based on project objectives, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and budget resources to support project execution
• Organise project kick-off meetings and align project goals, scope, and team responsibilities

Project Execution Phase:

• Monitor project progress, quality, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
• Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones

Project Closing Phase:

• Organise project handover and customer acceptance processes
• Conduct project reviews and lessons-learned sessions
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and project archival

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Systems, or related disciplines
• Experience in managing data center, infrastructure, electrical, or engineering-related projects
• Familiar with project lifecycle management, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Experience with Hyperscale Data Center or Enterprise Data Center projects is an advantage
• Willing to travel regionally when required
