Position: IT Officer / Executive
Company Background: Data Center Supply Chain Solution Company
Working Location: Iskandar Puteri, JB 1 pax and Kapar, Selangor 1 pax
Salary Range: Basic RM4,500 – RM6,500

Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for all HelpDesk work at the Malaysian company and project office, handling computer desktop issues for local and traveling employees.
· Ensuring the stable operation of the servers and network at the Malaysian company and project office, including network setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance.
· Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the security system at the Malaysian company and project office, including data management, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting.
· Overseeing the low-voltage electrical projects for the Malaysian company, including planning and design, project tracking, and project acceptance.
· Completing other IT tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related field. Diplpma with strong relevant working experiences welcomed.
· Proficient in computer hardware knowledge and operating system functions and operations.
· Proficient in network technology and related products, such as switches, routers, and firewalls.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
