We are #hiring and currently looking for experienced professionals to support the build-up of a Data Center IT Infrastructure Maintenance Operations team for a customer.

Key experience preferred:

• Experience in building and managing Data Center IT Infrastructure Maintenance teams

• Able to understand customer operational requirements and provide consultation, solution recommendations, and service proposals

• Familiar with operational governance and documentation including SOP / MOP / EOP / CAB processes

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure maintenance operations, workflows, escalation handling, and operational process design

• Experience in service delivery, operational planning, and maintenance support environments

Additional advantage if candidate has experience in:

• Project bidding / tender participation

• Cost management and operational budgeting

• Team retention, operational improvement, and workforce development

• Multi-vendor coordination and customer-facing operations

Engagement Model:

• Full-time employment preferred

• Consultation / advisory services from experienced personnel based in China, Singapore, or Malaysia will also be considered
