Job Responsibilities

To support the Sales and Technical Operational needs of our customer accounts
Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give presentations and technical demonstrations
Securing sales for achieving desired sales coverage, market penetration, and sales goals.
Manage and coordinate all sales & marketing activities with consultants, contractors, developers, and architects.
Prepare quotations/tenders documents and follow up on sales enquires/proposals from customers.
Liaise with consultants, architects, and contractors and handle relevant technical matters.
Provide pre-sales assistance and after-sales support to customers.
Maintain an awareness of new development in the industry.

Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.

Delegate tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience, and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the project

Maintain budgets and make adjustments according to needs as they arise.

Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals.
Document and report project progress to stakeholders and clients.
Oversees project during the implementation stage
Visiting sites for meetings, coordination work with contractors, and checking site work is expected.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Marine Engineering or equivalent.
Min. 3 years of relevant Sales/Tender project working experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, problem-solving skills;
Flexible to travel when necessary.

Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
