Full Time Sr Manufacturing Manager (Production) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 26,000 in Executive Compass Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Position level : Senior Manager/ Associate Director

* Responsible to setup whole new Business Unit, new product (critical product) will be transferred from HQ/ sister company to Batu Kawan, Penang. Develop production strategies, capacity planning, financial budgets, setup department goal.

* Work closely with Sr Engineering Manager & Sr Quality Manager (both foreigners) and also other department like marketing, R&D, project management and other department. Collaborate with various department to optimize business performance. (Product transfer & implement new manufacturing process). Communicate with global stakeholders/ leaders, to ensure smooth start up.

* Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing best practices. Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation during production expansion or transition phases.

Responsibilities:

· Develop, train and plan the manpower required to support the sales forecast and ensure compliance with G.M.P.’s.

· Plans and allocates resources to ensure optimisation of customer service targets, inventory levels, procurement delivery and costs.

· Use the tools and resources available to meet customer production needs based upon sales forecast.

· Brings together functional resources to meet production objectives.

· Develops, manages and monitors department budgets.

· Establish and set the priorities for production schedules.

· Responsible for coordinating the introduction of new products with Engineering, Quality Assurance and Logistics.

· Achieve budgeted targets with respect to product quality, departmental spending, labour efficiency and production yields.

· Manage the operation of the business unit to ensure compliance with established S.O.P’s and G.M.P guidelines.

Requirements:

· We are seeking for an experienced and strategic leader with a strong background in manufacturing operations within a multinational environment.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical discipline, or Business Administration.

· Minimum 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

· At least 10 years in a leadership role, preferably within a multinational corporation (MNC).

· Experience in the medical device industry is highly preferred.

· Proven ability to lead, influence, and manage large teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.

· Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with stakeholders across operations, quality, engineering, and supply chain.

· Demonstrated capability in driving organizational performance and operational excellence.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM26,000.00 per month
