Full Time Trade Compliance Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in Hotayi Electronic (M) Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipment activities, including customs clearance and documentation.
• Liaise with Royal Malaysian Customs, forwarding agents, and relevant authorities on customs and compliance matters.
• Prepare and submit Customs reports such as LMW reports, sub-con reports, and other regulatory reports.
• Handle yearly renewal of LMW License, Direct User approval, and sub-con approvals.
• Monitor import and export activities to ensure compliance with Customs regulations, ISO requirements, and applicable laws.
• Ensure all operations adhere to company guidelines, trade compliance requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate waste management activities, including scheduled waste and general waste handling.
• Work closely with internal departments to support operational and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Transportation, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–5 years of related working experience in import/export, logistics, trade compliance, or LMW operations.
• Experience handling LMW matters and dealing with Royal Malaysian Customs is required.
• Familiar with customs procedures, shipping documentation, import/export regulations, and ISO requirements.
• Knowledge in waste management coordination is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work in Batu Kawan.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
