The Technical Construction Supervisor is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and monitoring all on-site construction activities for landed residential projects to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

The role acts as the key technical representative on site, liaising between consultants, contractors, subcontractors, authorities, and the developer and property manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Construction management: 4 years (Preferred)
