Assembly/Test Technician at MNC Company

Company Overview: A leading global manufacturer specializing in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing equipment, supporting industries such as automation, precision engineering, and advanced technology solutions.

Salary Package:

• Basic Salary: RM2000 - RM2,600
• Allowances: Up to RM200/Month (Transport & Shift Allowance - AM & PM Shift)
• Completion Incentive: 0.5 month/6 Months.
• Location: Kawasan Perindustrian, Pasir Gudang, Johor

Working Hours (Rotating Shift)

AM Shift: Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

PM Shift: Monday – Thursday: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM, Friday: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components
• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components according to specifications
• Follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and standard work instructions
• Perform functional testing on assembled equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system-related issues when needed
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintain accurate documentation for assembly and testing activities
• Provide support to engineers and production teams during assembly and testing processes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace in line with 7S practices
• Assist with installation, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement activities as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical or related field
• Experience in assembly / manufacturing / technician role preferred
• Able to read wiring diagrams and assembly instructions
• Basic troubleshooting skills required
• Willing to work in cleanroom environment
• Open to rotating shifts

Contract Position (subject to renewal and convertible to permanent)
