About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and driven Brand Marketing Manager / Senior Associate to lead our brand identity and grow our market presence. You will own the brand narrative, spearhead digital and social media efforts, and bring the brand to life through compelling events. This is a leadership role for someone who can think big, execute with precision, and inspire a team to do their best work.


Job Scope:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging across all channels
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team, building a culture of creativity, accountability, and high performance
  • Own and grow the company's social media presence — content planning, community management, and influencer/partnership collaborations
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, paid ads, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute company events, product launches, and roadshows end-to-end
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to sharpen brand direction
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and agency briefs effectively
  • Track and analyze campaign and event performance, presenting clear reports and recommendations to leadership.


Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in brand or integrated marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or leadership capacity
  • Proven track record managing social media platforms and growing an engaged audience
  • Hands-on experience running digital marketing campaigns and interpreting analytics
  • Experience planning and executing events or brand activations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
  • Creative thinker with a sharp eye for brand consistency and storytelling
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field


Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience managing external agencies or creative vendors
  • Experience in the heavy machinery industry
